This mobile app, called Eyes + Vision, is designed to improve and maintain the health and activity of your eyesight. It offers assistance with various eye conditions such as amblyopia, cyclospasm, myopia, hyperopia, lazy eye syndrome, strabismus, dry eye syndrome, and ocular strain. Additionally, this app aims to enhance your overall well-being, vitality, precision, concentration, performance, and stress relief.

 <li>Access to over 140 eye exercises with the ability to enable/disable exercises according to your needs. All exercises are animated and accompanied by helpful hints such as graphics, voice instructions, text prompts, and video demonstrations.</li>
 <li>Provides a wide range of visual exercises to improve blood circulation, relax ocular muscles, alleviate fatigue and tension, as well as enjoyable relaxation exercises.</li>
 <li>Allows convenient setting of training notifications.</li>
 <li>Offers a choice of 14 visually appealing and user-friendly interface themes with large fonts and images for optimal convenience.</li>

List of Ready Workouts:

<ul>
 <li>"Amblyopia" - This workout is designed for correcting a lazy eye (e.g., with strabismus). It is important to consult with an ophthalmologist before using this workout.</li>
 <li>"Dry Eye" - A training program meant for everyday use. It is recommended for those who strain their vision for prolonged periods (e.g., working at a computer) or who experience dry eye syndrome.</li>
 <li>"Accommodation" - This training helps prevent myopia, hyperopia, and cyclospasm. It aims to relax the ciliary muscles, relieve eye strain, and should be undertaken in consultation with an ophthalmologist.</li>
 <li>"Common Quick," "Common Medium," and "Common Full" - Vision trainings designed to meet everyday needs. They are recommended for preventing the decline of eyesight. The "Common Quick" workout is ideally done every two hours during the workday, while "Common Medium" or "Common Full" workouts can be done once a day if desired.</li>
 <li>"Myopia" - This workout relieves accommodation spasm, reduces tension in the ciliary muscles and lens of the eye, helps address deteriorating distance eyesight, and eliminates pseudomyopia.</li>
 <li>"Hyperopia" - A training program that exercises the ciliary ocular muscles to prevent presbyopia and assist against farsightedness and blurred near vision.</li>
 <li>"Sharp Eyesight" - A short vision training suitable for everyday needs. It aims to improve accuracy and concentration for activities such as sports, work, and driving.</li>
 <li>"Anti-Stress" - A daily ocular training program meant to calm and relax your eyes or relieve stress during busy days.</li>
</ul>

If your ophthalmologist has provided specific vision exercises, you can use the "My Workouts" mode to create a personalized training program or selectively perform the recommended eye exercises from the list.

NOTE: It is important to consult with your ophthalmologist regarding any available exercises as there may be contraindications. You have the ability to disable or skip any exercise during your training.
